Fitness at The Evert Tennis Academy
The Evert Tennis Academy strength and conditioning program is a performance training system that has been strategically designed to facilitate the development of the complete athlete.
By implementing general and sport specific fitness, the ETA's strength and conditioning program protects our athletes from injury, delays the onset of fatigue and enables the athletes to generate optimal sports performance.
The program is dedicated to maximize the potential of each ETA player by providing the athlete with an optimal fitness system that builds, enhances, maintains, and strengthens critical fitness areas such as : agility, endurance, balance, flexibility, explosive power, core strength, and overall body strength.
To further develop and accommodate our athletes with specific individual needs, ETA offers several new programs including Body Composition Training with nutritional guidance, Yoga, Nutritional Counseling, and massage therapy.
